We all have that fear of being faced with a daunting situation and not knowing what to do, e.g a young baby choking, a child falling down the stairs or even that elderly person suddenly clutching their chest and struggling to breathe. For £16 pp would you like to learn how to save a loved ones life? This 2 hour Family First Aid session will help give you the knowledge and actions to prepare you for that one off occasion. We can deliver home sessions for family and friends. Min 6 People.
During the session we cover the following points:
- What is first aid
- Calling for help (999)
- Asthma
- Bleeding (inc. nose bleeds)
- Burns
- Choking
- Managing unconscious casualties
- Fractures and breaks
- Soft tissue injuries
- Head injuries
- Basic life support for adults, children and babies (CPR)
